Arts festival to end ‘cultural desert’
Mossley is set to host an international festival of arts and music in October. Mossley’s twin town is Hem in France and artists and musicians from there as well as Hem’s twin town of Wiehl in Germany will be converging on the town for a four-day festival from October 8 to 11.
